Created by Plates & Mates x BSAK , Chromatic Flavors is an immersive dining experience where gastronomy, art history, storytelling and music come together around one colour. This edition explores yellow through the five senses : sight, taste, smell, sound and touch . Throughout history, yellow has carried many meanings: light, gold, sunlight, abundance, transformation and optimism . From precious pigments in Renaissance paintings to saffron, corn, citrus and sunflowers, yellow has travelled through art, culture and culinary traditions. For this edition, we follow these stories to the table.
